Travis is the owner. He has been very unprofessional since day one. Does not respond to emails, phone calls, or texts. He did not complete any of the work he promised in a timely manner and required numerous prompts and questioning in order to get anything done. On top of that, he would send very rude and unprofessional emails back telling me that he didn’t think it was a big deal to not complete the work and that I should be happy he is giving me the service he is. Our original agreement included access to my files which he is still refusing to provide. He has been the worst “professional” I have had to deal with and would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and headache and go with another company!!!
