Dell Laptop workhorse, Win7... let me make this simple - Dell wanted $450 and no guarantee. Mixcat were HELPFUL, Kind, Informative, Found the problem, replaced the screen on my 4-year-old portable - cost plus shipping? $153!!! BRILLIANT!

I was a bit nervous shopping for a entry level desktop for me and my partner, I'm not terribly computer literate. All those nerves went away though, as Sunny set me up with exactly what I needed and was so friendly and understanding throughout the whole endeavor! My partner told me that her family's been using Mixcat for all of their repairs and stuff like that, now I know why.

I just had to say this company is awesome! We took a trip to the Kissimmee, FL. area recently and I took my MacBook Pro with me as I had the common problem with my 2011 graphics card. I tried to get several companies in my area (I live close to Toronto, Canada) to fix it but everyone I talked to said they could not. Sunny at Mixcat Computers told me by email that they probably could repair it and told me what it would cost. There were no surprises and they were true to their word and price. So happy to have my MacBook Pro back and running properly again. Thanks Sunny and Anibal for your awesome customer service. God Bless!

First, let me say MixCat Computers is my new go-to for computer issues and resolution! Bought a new laptop, needed to transfer data and install Microsoft Office without it costing a fortune (which I had quotes from the "big retailers"). MixCat was recommended by a trusted IT source and I pass by this business all the time - who knew that the local IT guys would not only perform these tasks at a fraction of the cost but updated other software issues so that my computer was more efficient. Service was provided in the time frame that was promised and I was up and running. Shout out to Annibal (knowledgeable, personable and calm demeanor) for handling this job and answering EVERY question I had about computers! Don't sleep on local merchants, I highly recommend MixCat Computers.

Had my desktop repaired (needed a new hard drive, it was ancient). Free diagnostic, then replaced hard drive, recovered old files, cleaned out the guts, and gave me a memory upgrade--all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
