Explained the issue and I knew the problem. Told the staff exactly what to look for. What I expected: a diagnostic of my entire computer maybe telling me what else could be wrong. Because I know my GPU is messed up and my processor is messed up. But no. I paid 63$ for you to UNPLUG my hard-drive which I could have done myself. I WANTED something more from a computer repair specialist. I already knew my hard-drive was bad. I explained such, My computer explained such. Normally if all a computer service does is unplug or re plug something its non consequential. My complaint is not that ALL you did was just un plug the drive that I told the staff was bad, but the fact that no other information came from my computer. No warning me of potential issues, no looking into other basic components and a very lack of work all together. Next time just tell the customer that all you are going to do is charge you 63$ to unplug a bad drive and maybe they will just research the rest somewhere else.NOT TO MENTION: Did not fix the original issue to begin with. Computer still has internet crash due to lack of memory. (other underlining issues I suppose)
