Hector the owner is RUDE does not deserve a star not even one !!! i took my phone here and said my phone would be done by 3pm and lied and said he had to order a part !! Tired to get my phone back and gave me some lame ass excuse on why he couldn't give me my phone.. His not a professional business man cause a company should run with rudeness !! This man looks sick like if his dying the least he should do is live his last days happy !!!... Bad business please take you business else where you'll thank me later .... SAVE MONEY&aHEACHEHECTOR FIND SKILLS ON Customer service!!!!!! God don't like ugly !!!!!

If the long waiting time alone isnt bad enough, here a couple good reasons not to go here. They will tell you that you need a part that you dont need, extremely overcharge you. Most likely raise the price AFTER installing said part because "the part was more expensive than they thought". And then after all that, you will arrive home and realize that they didnt even give you the part that they said you needed (instead you will recieve a very cheap part that may or may not reflect what you agreed to pay for). I was told i would recieve a liquid cooling system for my cpu but instead recieved a cheap fan that cost about 1/3 the price of what i was supposed to recieve. Overall waste of time and money. Dont make the same mistake i did. Nothing but a scam.

I wish I didn't have to leave any stars. The owner was degrading to women, obese people, and made homophobic comments. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

If I could leave no stars I would. This place doesn't deserve even one.I took my laptop in Monday for a monitor issue and was told I would hear something back by thursday at the latest. No one called me. I had to have my husband stop by to see what was wrong with it. They said it was the battery and were extremely rude on the phone when I called to ask for more information, because I had no problem with my battery previously. they hadnt tried to hookup an external monitor even though the monitor was what I took it in for. They told me they were unable to do this because you can't run the laptop on ac power without the battery, which is incorrect. I asked for my computer back and was told I couldnt have it and they werent sure when it would be ready. I said I expected it back tomorrow and was told "they dont work on ultimatums". Still don't know when I'll get my computer back. Don't waste your time and money here.
