Mobile Studios Inc is a first class operation! They specialize in servicing the professional video market and are conveniently located in South Florida. They are an authorized Newtek Tricaster reseller and also a certified repair center...something that is great news to South Florida Tricaster owners who need to repair their units. Much more convenient to have a local, trusted hometown shop we can take our units to, than have to ship our Tricasters to San Antonio, TX!A special thank you to Janis Burgin, who is an absolute pleasure to work with! I was in need of a hard to find Tricaster spare part. These small parts are not sold in the stores and cannot be found online. I called Newtek, but they couldn’t sell directly to me. They referred me to Mobile Studios Inc. Janis at Mobile Studios took my call, researched the part I needed, followed up with me and was able to get this “needle in a haystack” part drop shipped from Newtek to their office. I went this morning to pick up this spare part and met Janis in person. I was welcomed into their office and handed this spare part. I definitely recommend calling Mobile Studios for all your professional video production needs! Two thumbs up!!👍👍
