Doug saved my hard drive and was able to transfer all of my important info. to a Zip drive within 24 hour turn around. Doug looked at my computer with me to locate the problem. He did a great job explaining the process and resolving my issue.

Very knowleable and the price was right!! I thought I had a virus on my laptop. The screen remained black and it wouldn't hold a charge long enough to cut on. He walked me through(via phone) troubleshooting, installing anti virus, removing viruses AND retrieving photos I thought I lost months earlier. So grateful for the help!

Doug did a great job fixing my phone and then I phone out that he repairs TV's too! I brought my 65" inch tv to him because it wouldn't turn on. He gave me an outrageously good price and now I got my tv back. Glad I found him.
