Wow, these guys are clueless. They handle delivery text messaging for Subway. Most text messaging services have you text "stop" or something similar to end messages. These guys have you call a number and interact with a voice messaging system - kind of a hassle, but I did it. And the texts continued. I called again and the system couldn't find my number. It then sent me to a phone tree where I could Dial 1 for tech support, 2 for sales etc. No matter which of the 4 choices, I got a response that I had made an invalid selection. You handle texting promotion for a national restaurant and you can't even get your answering machine to work???
