I was lucky enough to see Nate Bruns and Conrad Saam speak at a national three day conference for plaintiffs attorneys where, in addition to many other speakers, there were twelve different speakers from across the country speaking on the various topics of law firm SEO, PPC, social media, and web design. Before they were done with their lecture, I was confident they were the thought leaders in their industry. Mockingbird Marketing has since taken over our SEO, PPC, and web design. We have seen a steady increase in visits per month to our website which has resulted in a steady increase in conversions and new clients per month. We have monthly hour long telephone conferences during which Nate Bruns discusses and explains in objective ways what has been done during the prior month, what that work actually accomplished, and what the plan for the next month will be, with a clear explanation of the benefits of the proposed work. My law firm has had a website since 1998. We have gone through approximately six (6) SEO companies before finding Mockingbird Marketing. All six (6) of the prior companies disappointed in one way or another. We always ended up thinking we were being overcharged, feeling like there was no accountability, and we always ended up simply saying to ourselves "what are they doing?" and "what are we paying for?" Since working with Nate and Conrad, we have not had those feelings. For the first time ever Mockingbird is showing us, through monthly, objective reporting, whether we are getting a return on our investment (ROI), and then suggests changes to projects that aren't returning the ROI at the desired rate. I can finally make business decisions related to SEO, PPC, and web design, based on objective data I am provided with on a monthly basis. The Mockingbird team did a full overhaul of my law firm's website, soup to nuts, about 70+ pages of it. They did it on time, at a good price, and continuously kept me in the loop as to any changes or issues that needed to be addressed. Since that time I've had several unsolicited comments come in to me about the site that they built, all overwhelmingly positive.They get an enthusiastic thumb's up from me, and I don't give those too easily. I just got off a call with Nate Bruns where he helped me diagnose a Google Ads campaign that was not performing well. He helped me think through my overall campaign strategy and the nitty gritty technical reasons why this campaign was not working well - a campaign he had not seen before the meeting began. Nate explained a ton of Google Ads strategy, policy, and implementation clearly, concisely, and patiently. I would highly recommend working with Nate!

I have worked with Mockingbird for several years. They are simply the best of the best of the best. To start with, their websites get results. They look good, my clients and potential clients rave about the website, and they are crisp and fresh. The websites also get ranked. I ask every potential client how they found me and most of them say via a Google search. Beyond the great work product, the customer service is outstanding. I can call with a question. Not only do I get an answer, but I get an answer that makes sense to a layperson and doesn't make me feel dumb for not knowing. Conrad has put together the best team and they do great work.
