Super easy to work with, extremely accommodating and a beautiful end result from MODdisplays. When we took our display to a health fair, it made such an impression everyone around us wanted to know where we got it!

MOD Displays is simply a reseller. They don't produce or manufacture any related tradeshow materials themselves, and outsource all products listed on their website. While this may suit the needs of some customers, if you're dealing with deadlines or require a more informed explanation of products and their functionality, I'd suggest dealing directly with a trade show or exhibit house that produces work in-house. Two separate orders I placed with MOD Displays had significant issues (wrong parts and missing parts) which took longer than expected to rectify, no doubt a result of their reseller business model. They require payment upfront before beginning any order, and that doesn't lend itself to lighting any fires under their feet when it comes to solving problems quickly, later on down the road once you receive the product.

Website was easy to use and product arrived quickly. Now that I've opened and assembled it, I can say it is well-built and nicely packaged with separate pouches for useable and spare parts. Instructions could use more detail, but we figured it out.
