Im not a person to write reviews but with this agency I have to as I have been renting from this agency 4 years and it’s the worst I have been dealing with.... when you want to report a problem you call Inform them , they say they will get in touch with you very shortly which means maybe 1week or untill you chase them up again its just ridiculous they don’t call back or answer the phone as they can see your number, I have asked to speak to someone more senior which she is never around or on holiday and doesn’t call you back, it’s just so sad how much landlords actually pay these people to look after their properties answer they are not available.....!!!!!!!
