I was quite disappointed with Modern Influence. I was introduced to this company by a friend who had used their services in the past. He was happy with their work. There were two projects I had to give them. One was contingent on my company being awarded a contract by a third party, while the other was for my own company that was ready to move forward. The CEO of Modern Influence, Phil, set up a time with us to go over my project requirements after a cursory explanation of what we wanted. He did not call me at the scheduled time, or that day at all. I called him the next week telling him I still wanted to go over things. We didn't ask for an apology, but I was struck by the lack of contrition from Phil about missing a scheduled appointment with a potential client. Phil asked me to type up some project requirements and definitions and send them over. He has had those projects in his inbox since Thursday 5/9/19 and I have received no response from him (today is 5/17/19). I called him Tuesday 5/14/19 to bring his attention to the email. I got his voicemail. I mentioned the email with the project details in the voicemail I left him and asked him to let me know whether or not he was still interested in doing the project for us as I needed to move forward. I was clear in the voicemail that I needed to know if he didn't want to take on the project so I find another firm. He did not call me back. I contacted my friend who originally recommended Modern Influence and asked if this was typical of this company. My friend, who is familiar with Phil and Modern Influence employees, called for Phil to ask if he was intent on doing the project and to warn him that the lack of attention to my project would result in them losing the project to another firm. My friend could not get Phil, as an employee said Phil was in a meeting. The employee said he'd give the message for Phil to call one of us. Phil did not call. My friend called back and still couldn't get Phil. He simply left another request for Phil or someone to get in touch with my company to give us an answer.No one from Modern Influence has contacted me (or my friend), despite the effort on our part. Modern Influence originally expressed interest in doing the work, then ignored us completely after having us prepare specific directions. If they didn't want to do the project anymore, that was okay. We simply asked them to communicate that to us so we could explore other options. They did not act with enough professionalism to even do that. I was very willing to pay for their work, but instead they've earned a 1 star review for wasting our time.

If you are looking for a company that will deliver the absolute best results, then call these guys! I contacted Phil with a very unique software design and he and his team made it happen. Both Phil and Bibash provided amazing service throughout the development of the project. Although they probably had tons of others tasks going on at the same time, they always made me feel as though I was their primary client/primary concern. You will not find another company more dedicated to their clients and to the development of your project, as you will at Modern Influence.
