Client Review on Modern Signs

Feedback:

I called the company and spoke to a Salesman named Ricky and told him what I was looking for and he said he would get with the graphic design department to work on something for me. A week and a half later I had not heard anything from him so I called him twice and got no answer so I left messages and did not get a return call so a week later I called the office to make sure he still worked there. I asked the secretary to have him call me and I did not get any response so I called back and spoke to the secretary again and just asked her to make sure everything was cancelled and please make sure the owner was aware.
