Moirae have provided Twenty Four IT Services with excellent services from Re Branding to Managing all our Social Media. They track all the activity and report it to us in a way in which we can clearly identify the potential areas that need attention or generally where we need to apply more focus.One key thing recently was getting us to include the Live Chat on our website which has definitely paid off as we have converted enquires off this to actual customers.They also do not get phased when providing bespoke images for various marketing activites when we cannot put into words the images we require, their patience is appreciated. The key thing is a good relationship so that they understand our business.

I approached Moirae to update my nursery's website (Building Blocks Montessori) after noting that they were a local company with a good portfolio. I was not disappointed. They listened to my requirements and suggested improvements I hadn't thought of. They let me know how long each task would take and normally finished ahead of schedule. They understood the demands on my time and were very patient when I couldn't immediately respond to any of their questions or produce the required information they needed. They were not fazed by my lack of knowledge in this area but instead patiently taught me what I needed to know in order for me to be able to manage the completed website by myself. They sorted out they few minor problems we encountered swiftly and professionally. I dealt with David and Matthew who were both knowledgeable, professional, polite and approachable. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

We had a specific remit for our school website, and right from our first enquiry nothing was too much trouble. David came out to visit our school and went back to his design team who took everything on board and built us an interesting and colourful website which is attractive and informative but also includes all the necessary OFSTED legislative requirements. Once the website went live Matthew provided us with brilliant support and on-going training so we have full control of our website, and can update it regularly with school events. I have no hesitation in recommending Moirae to anyone who is looking for a new website to showcase their school or company.
