Where do I even start.... Caleb and his team at Monsoon are the real deal. They care about the work they do and listen intently to what you have to say. I've met few professionals in my career who can actually put their money where their mouth is. Caleb is one of them. I work for a corporate company with a lot of guidelines that needed to be adhered to and not one detail was missed. They did an analysis of our company, implemented some complicated zip code lookup programs, made us rad video reels and worked with other vendors on our behalf just to get the project done.The guy would even take the time to teach me how certain website functions work and the reason behind certain web algorithms. He genuinely cares. Sure any business owner can answer questions and deliver a good product, but Caleb would go above and beyond... Video conferencing with me whenever I had questions, working with us on the weekend and, honestly speaking, when I email/call him he literally answers within 5-10 seconds. Super friendly. Super cool. And super knowledgeable.
