This shop ROCK'S! The owner and employee's are the best kind of people. I brought my custom build in because I was running into problems left and right.( I'm a rookie to PC building, was my first one.) And they went out of there way to tell me what was wrong for free. They allowed me to work on my on PC under professional supervisor! Seriously can't praise them enough!

This shop is more than just fixing electronics. They’re caring and actually try to help people. I had a deadline to meet and they went out of their way to make sure I had my laptop within minutes. They were understanding of my situation and very compassionate. Awesome people. I will recommend them above anyone else in the area.

My first time rebuilding my gaming PC, and my first time at monster computer. Had a issue where the computer would not turn on but light up. These guys helped me solve the issue same day and worked with me. This will definitely be my spot.

Poor communication. Never fixed the problem after the machine was there for two weeks. Won’t bring any more computers here and don’t recommend them to any of my family, friends, or clients.

Monster Computer has been my go to computer repair store for over 9 years now. The staff is inviting, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are subject matter experts on all things computer related. I recommend Monster Computer to all my family and friends!

I upset my laptop has been there over 15 days. I was told I needed a mother board which takes 5-7 days to get and 3 days to install. I paid $200.00 for repairs $99.00 and for mother board $120.00 I’m still waiting on someone to fix it. I believe I’m due a discount at this point because this is causing me to have issues with doing my schoolwork and other things. I might need to report this to the BBB. This service is not fast. They shouldn’t tell you a timeframe for your service to be completed.
