Like many, we didn't do a proper job of backing up our photos. They were all on a add on disk drive, which bonked. MTS quickly and inexpensively recovered them. Thanks

Never have I been treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner. While I see a lot of great potential, this is a very poorly managed company.Please, do yourself a favor and take your IT support needs to literally ANYONE else in the valley.EDIT: Let it be known that MTS cannot accept any sort of criticism and accepts all negative reviews as “fake”. Good luck on your new store, hopefully it’ll perform far better than your Kalispell store did for me. Also, i live in Lakeside, not Columbia Falls. :)

It’s a shame I can’t post a picture for everyone to see that the review before mine AKA: Unknown Person has only posted 2 reviews. One for this store and one for the competition: NTS. Montana technical solutions is currently putting a store in down the street from NTS Its a shame ‘someone’ would stoop this low.

I took my laptop in to have missing files (photos) located and placed on to an external hard drive. Instead, my laptop desktop was copied and put on the hard drive and none of my missing files were located or transferred. There is ZERO communication with the employees there. None of them know what anyone else is doing, they won't work together to answer your questions...doubt I'll be going back to MTS for anything ever again. What a waste of $75.

It's great that there are still a number of computer technical places in the valley that are locally owned to help people with their computer needs I find it amazing that the store could compete with online giants like Amazon or otherwise especially considering the location which I'm sure is not cheap to maintain but the owners seem like a nice guy and had a number of computers and Technical equipment there for sale

I have just recently started doing business with MTS. They have definitely proven their worth, knowledge, and capabilities. MTS has quickly become a great asset to my company. You can not beat the price point that they have to offer as well as the expertise. I strongly recommend utilizing their competency. Great company to do business with.
