Bad news! NEVER sign on with Levent Gurses or his company PracticeWin (formerly Movel). My partner and I own successful dental practices, and we contracted with Levent Gurses and PracticeWin to upgrade our website. Levent Gurses runs PracticeWin. Things started off well, Levent and his team are knowledgeable. But very quickly, it turned ugly. We experienced a minor technical problem, and instead of handling it properly, Levent Gurses refused to address the issue. We ended our contract mutually. Levent was supposed to turn over all accounts and website controls to our new website company, but he refused. He actually held our website hostage, and refused to communicate with our new website people. We took legal action against Gurses and PracticeWin, our attorney forced him to give us back our own property. Gurses is knowledgeable but unprofessional and childish, extremely sensitive. Even dangerous - how can a vendor take money to upgrade a website and then refuse to give back the website! Our new website company is terrific, they handle all aspects or website and internet marketing far better, far more professionally and more quickly than PracticeWin (Movel).

Beware! Stay away from this company, now called PracticeWin. Levent Gurses is the head of the company - very unprofessional and vindictive. We paid him over $8,000 to upgrade and manage our website and Yelp account. When a simple technical glitch occurred, Levent Gurses reacted unprofessionally. He refused to address the problem. We decided to part ways, then he refused to turn over control of OUR OWN website and Yelp account. He held our website and Yelp account hostage for two weeks, until our attorney legally forced him to give us back our website control. Gurses and Practice Win are bad news; they are knowledgeable, but petty and vindictive if anything goes wrong. There are much, much more competent and professional internet people and companies in the DC metro area. Do NOT sign on with Movel, PracticeWin or any other group represented by Levent Gurses.

We received more than 30 qualified leads in over a week period of time. These guys are totally getting it. They are not pushing a standard proposal or a cookie-cutter service. Everything is personalized for us, taking into account our goals and our objectives. They even helped us with fixing our landing page. When we had an issue with one of the leads, our account manager quickly escalated it and it was resolved within an hour. For internet advertising and lead generation, I can't think of a better brand to recommend.
