I know before even beginning this review how difficult it will be to convey how blown away I am with Lisa and Jamison of Moxie Studio. I live in Northeast Pennsylvania. Shortly after getting engaged, my now-husband and I decided that we wanted to go back to one of our favorite cities, Vegas, to get married. We already had a plan of where we wanted to get married, so the logistics with the actual ceremony weren’t too stressful. The idea of finding a photographer across the country though was pretty daunting! I checked out a couple of photographers that were recommended to me from The Knot, but none really caught my eye. Then while looking at one of their Instagram’s, I found a picture of Valley of Fire State park. Long story short, following a series of hashtags led me to Moxie Studio- a very fortunate discovery. I pretty much instantly knew that I wanted them to be our photographers. After reviewing their site, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced they were compared to other photographers in the Vegas area. I emailed Lisa and was very impressed with her quick reply. Every single communication we had in the months leading up to the wedding left me feeling so excited. Upon meeting them the day of our shoot, I was immediately put at ease. They were both SO easy to get along with! I truly felt as though I was having one of my best friends take my photos. Lisa has one of the most amazing eyes for photography that I have ever seen. The entire session was a wonderful experience. Getting our photos back was unreal. It’s so hard to believe that it’s us in these pictures that look like they belong in a bridal magazine. I truly recommend them to everyone- even people in PA on the off chance that they will find themselves in Vegas! I’m very thankful for our decision to go with Moxie Studio!

We absolutely adore Lisa and Jamison they are a wonderful couple and they make a great team! From the first conversation over the phone she has been a constant professional. Lisa did our engagement shoot as well as our wedding. All of our optics are nothing short of amazing! Moxie Studios captured all the wonderful moments perfectly. We received our digital gallery and became overwhelmed with joy because every frame was breath taking. We had so much fun getting to know them and working with them. Should the need arise for more photos of course we will commute to Las Vegas to have our pictures taken by Lisa & Jamison. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THEM AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!! They get 10 Stars from The Broughton's

I truly cannot say enough great things about Moxie. They shot our wedding and engagement pictures and I absolutely love them! I don't generally like pictures of myself, but I can't find one that I don't like! Jamison got ready with my husband and Lisa got ready with me so we were able to get pictures of every moment of the day and when the wedding came they were able to capture different angles of the same moments. They were so nice and helpful during the entire process. I would highly recommend Moxie to anyone looking for a photographer.

Moxie Studios created a beautiful wedding video for our wedding in March 2015. Lisa and Jameson were both there all day, shooting along side our photographers. After doing lots of searching for a videographer, Moxie by far had the most professional videos for a price we could actually afford. We knew we wanted a video so we could look back on our wedding day, and Moxie gave us more than we ever could have hoped for! They are incredible!

My Bachelors Degree is in Photography, so I knew finding a photographer I could trust to capture my wedding day could be challenging. When I saw Moxie Studio's portfolio of work and then finally met Lisa in person, it was a no brainer. Moxie Studio produces imagery that is unrivaled in their pricing bracket.We had a somewhat unique wedding theme (Harry Potter) and Lisa and Jamison totally embraced it! For our Engagement Session (included in their packages), they found the perfect spot for us to shoot. Even when there were minor hiccups (my fiancé and I forgot to bring our wands, the fog machine didn't work, some crazy ants, etc.) Lisa and Jamison were great at improvising. We used the resources we had – like having Jamison kick up dirt to look like creepy "fog". The resulting images were absolutely stunning! The Engagement Session is a great time to get to know the way Lisa and Jamison operate. Their laid back and easy-going nature was a perfect fit for us.On our wedding day, Lisa and Jamison were there early and ready! They were very mindful of our Harry Potter theme – taking care to capture all of our theme details. They worked extremely well with our bridal party along with our family and friends. They made the day effortless – and that's exactly what a bride needs on that day! The wedding photos took about a month to finish (which is pretty normal – if a photographer has a turnaround time of just a few days, you have to wonder how long they spent refining your photos). The wedding images turned out AMAZING. Lisa and Jamison's retouching is subtle and perfect. They don't overdo it. We couldn't get enough compliments about all of our Moxie Studio photos and I already have people asking me for their number!If I had any other bits of advice to give a prospective client who is on the fence about hiring Moxie, I'd say: DO IT. This is your wedding day. You are most likely spending thousands of dollars on this event that will only last a few hours. Your wedding photos will be the relics of that day, your first heirlooms to pass down to your children. You want your imagery to be great. I've heard countless times from other newlyweds that one of their biggest regrets is underestimating the importance of finding a quality photographer – often regretting that they based their decision merely on price. I can't say enough about Lisa and Jamison! They know their stuff!

Honestly the best choice and probably one of the best parts of our wedding. I spent a lot of time researching photographers and videographers because I knew that would be most important to us as far as our vendors go. After our first meeting with Lisa, I knew she and her husband were the one(s)! :) Most important things that come to my mind: -She was so interested in getting to know us. -Our "get-to-know-you" shoot (engagement) was so comfortable. I was worried how my now-Husband would be in front of the camera but she made him feel so comfortable! -They commanded our large wedding party and got great shots -Prep leading up to the wedding was thorough and she was patient with me as I always had questions! -Everyone at our wedding complimented us (on picking them) because they were respectful at the ceremony and at the reception. Many guests also commented on how excited they were to see the pictures because it just LOOKED like they were taking such unique and great shots. When it was TRUE everyone was happy! -Received SO many compliments on the finished products - after our engagement shoot and after the wedding. -Lisa helped us with the day-of timeline for her sake and for my sanity, which was really helpful. As long as I'm living in Las Vegas, I will definitely have Lisa and Jameson take all of our photos. They are both so talented. I could go on forever!! xoxo
