Went to buy a phone as a present for a minor child not mine and he refused to sell me a 50 dollar phone without a account now how can i activate an account for someone else idk what plan theyll get or this and then he told me to go walmart and he shouldnt send boost costumers to a diff place i guess he dont like money and a couple weeks ago he tried to charge me 25 dollars for a charger to my daughters phone thats now a old version went to next boost store bought one for 5 bucks he tried to overcharge me one day and today didnt like my money he was rude i reported him to boost upper management and they said he is to allowed to sell phones without accounts never going back there hateful person

Helped fix my broken phone screen, the customer service was great. The first screen didn’t work when we put it on so he asked me to come back in a few days so he could get some new ones in. It only took a day and to get the new screen and I got a discount for my wait. Where my phone is refurbished he also showed me some areas where the guys who initially refurbished the phone (not Mr. fixit, some insurance company) had started to put a screw in the wrong place on my phone. Overall I would highly recommend these guys for anyone who needs to replace their phone screen and potentially other technology problems. Their customer service was great and any questions I had were answered clearly and thoroughly
