When I contact John Thomas - Mr. JST - I know that he will check everything on my computer to make sure it is running at its best! Somehow we manage to get toolbars and other items on our computer that we don"t want, or when upgrades are coming - it is time to call John. We aren't the most confident or competent users. I really appreciate John's awesome service! He explains and reviews what he's changed or upgraded, and then has me at the keyboard to make sure I'm up to speed and he answers any and all questions. Professional, friendly, supportive service that we have used for several years!

What great customer service!! This was my second time working with John and I couldn’t be happier. Very knowledgeable, friendly, fast, service! He helped clean up a laptop that was on its “death bed”, as well as sync my emails! Love that he comes to the house and goes over anything new and explains it in my language! I will be calling John for all my tech needs in the future!
