Feedback:

I called to find out some information about services they provide and woman on the phone started mocking my accent. This racist and extremely unprofessional.

I have been in the process of selling my mother’s home. She passed away, so I’ve been in charge of handling her affairs. Between the agent (I’ll review her business separately) I picked and the girl at the title company (rhymes with candy), it has been an absolute nightmare.Miscommunication, real estate agent not working in favor of the client, and the girl at the title company being so incredibly rude and refusing to put me through to her supervisor. She refused to speak to my husband and answer the questions he had regarding the discrepancy of numbers on the contract. Yet, she previously spoke to him, and him alone, during this process which is questionable to me because I am the only person authorized by the court to handle my mother’s property. The agent not the girl at title ever asked me permission to speak to him. Obviously I would have given permission, but find it to be a strange business practice of not speaking directly to the only person whose name is on the contract.This girl also stated that the wiring of the money to the bank to pay the mortgage would not be completed until Monday, even though the papers were signed on a Thursday, because wires don’t work on Friday. Not sure what that’s about and since the supervisor (boss?) won’t return a phone call, I have no answers.My husband called the Yreka office on 09/13 and left a message for the supervisor or boss to call him regarding the issue of his worker’s behavioral issue and he has yet to receive a call back. I am selling my home and will not only be obtaining a new agent, but I am also going to see if I can put it in the contract that this title company will not be used and see what other options are available.
