Valley Cryo is more than pleased with their work. Their signs they made for us are phenomenal. Much work and unique thought was put into each one. They also created our logo which has been a great hit! They were prompt and on time with deliveries. Very nice people!!

Went in to get pricing for a tshirt fundraiser and was treated very rudely and left with no information at all. I had previously sent in an email and figured it’d be easier to just go in and get info, I then received a rude email response saying all the info given to me the day before was all they had to offer. Will not be using them in the near future.

Unfortunately the quality of their work is not worth a penny. At first, I had really great experiences with them! I own a cleaning service and they designed all of our business cards, banners, car magnets and t-shirts. 2 of the car magnets fell off after only 30 days. I paid full price to replace the first one (with no apology from Muddy Feet), and when the 2nd one fell off they refused to comp a replacement. I re-ordered company t-shirts and they forgot to put the phone on them. But, what really sent me over the edge is that I ordered t-shirts for a memory walk for my daughter. After 4 days of editing the proof (not a big deal, they were nice about it), I picked the shirts up the Friday before the walk. THEY PRINTED THE WRONG SHIRTS. The dates say "2015" and "4th annual". This is not the proof I approved ... at all. So, we all had to wear incorrect t-shirts for the walk. How embarrassing. I've emailed about getting a full refund and/or the correct shirts made. Hopefully they'll "make it right" and print correct shirts at a discounted price.
