Client Review on MVP Video Duplication

We paid John Watkins to transmit some old VHS videos to DVD. Unfortunately he put it in a bizarre format which was very difficult to copy on a Apple computer. The Apple company tried helping me and then suggested I call the person who did the DVD transfer. I called him several times and left a message without him returning my call.I then called a final time where I got him on the phone and he hung up on me right away. If he didn't know or didn't want to tell me he could have just let me know.This non-professionalism surprises me a great deal to say the least. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere given the pueril and adolescent nature of Mr. Watkins who has no business having people depend on him for anything serious.
