As a small business owner, I am very cautious about spam emails that could lead to viruses and when I have been unsure about an email, My IT Guy has always been quick to respond that yes I am safe to open an email in question or no, don't open it as it is indeed a known scam. This advice has saved me down time and what would have been endless stress and I really appreciate their help!

I run a counselling service with complex technological needs. I am a recent client of My IT Guy and could not be more pleased with both the customer service and the technological help that I received. They were timely in responding to my requests and quite polite. I was able to ask all of my questions and did not feel rushed. They offered and provided solutions that made sense and solved each issue that I was facing. They were proactive in ensuring that my system and all my information was protected, private and secure. In my business this is a priority. Their rate is reasonable for the expertise that they provide. I could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend this service.

AFTER SEVEN DAYS AND AN INVOICE IDEA OF 4000$ MINIMUM AND TELLING MYSELF AND MY PARTNER THAT OUR INFORMATION FROM OUR SERVER WAS CORRUPT AND IRRETRIEVABLE DON AND HIS TEAM ARE THE MOST UNRELIABLE / LYING COMPUTER TECH /INDIVIDUALS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!IM NOT EVEN A COMPUTER TECH I WENT TO SCHOOL FOR ACCOUNTING AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TRY AND OPEN THE FILE THEY SAID WAS CORRUPT TO LEARN IT WAS A VHT.X FILE AND IT HAD TO BE OPENED USING A PROGRAM THAT COULD CORRECTLY READ THIS BACK UP ( GOOGLE TAUGHT ME THIS)WHEN I CALLED TODAY TO ASK HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE THEY ACTUALLY HAVE AND WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DIDDONS ONLY REMARK WAS QUITE HILARIOUS AND VULGAR BECAUSE I QUESTIONED THEIR KNOWLEDGE WELL DON LET ME TELL YOU THE ONLY INEXPERIENCED AND UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL IS YOU FOR TRYING TO MANIPULATE YOUR CLIENTS WHO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE IN YOUR INDUSTRY THESE PEOPLE TOOK 585$ FROM MY COMPANY AND LITERALLY DID NOTHING BUT TRY AND CHARGE ME ANOTHER 4000$ TO DO SOMETHING THEY COULD HAVE DONE INITIALLY I HAD TO PROVIDE IDEAS TO TRY AND GET US UP AND RUNNING WHICH THEY STILL COULDN'T ACCOMPLISH NO BRAINS AND OBVIOUSLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Today was the second time I have used the services of My IT Guy. I was very pleased with the first interaction I had with Mike, who came to my home to sort through some fairly knotty computer problems.Today, Adam and I connected remotely and he spent time sourcing the difficulty and fixing it, all the while keeping me advised of what was going on. He was very low key and direct, commiserated with my frustration, immediately inspired confidence in me that he could help, thoughtfully answered any questions I had, and just generally made me feel at ease with the (mystifying) process of computer repair. His instructions to me were very clear and concise (no computer speak!) which enabled me to contribute to the team effort of getting me back up and running.There are few companies today offering this kind of service who bother to make a personal connection with the client. Because of this, I will be a client of My IT Guy for a very long time. Thank you, Adam, you have made my day!
