We have had the best experience working with the whole My Loud Speaker team. They are very professional, creative, patient and truly delivers on their vision and goals. We met first with Matthew who patiently listened to us and understood our needs and goals. Then we met with the entire group and discussed the process of how we will together meet our goals. We are not very technologically savvy, but Namita our key person does not hesitate to explain everything in detail. She even text me to tell me when she sends an email. The communication between us and the group is phenomenal. The team is not only reliable but also very fun. We have shared a few drinks (water) and laughs when strategizing and coming up with unique ideas. They listened to our needs and came up with a plausible plan. Within a few months, we saw a huge difference in our social media presence and popularity. We truly enjoy working with them and we look forward to continuing!
