I've been doing business with and working with MyCitySocial for over 2 months now and find them to over deliver and feel they're actually underpriced for the services they provide! I personally know everyone that works in the Ybor City office and I cannot speak highly enough about them! Andrew, the CEO, goes above and beyond the Call of Duty to keep his employees happy and in a pleasant working environment! All of my clients give rave reviews of the service I provide them through MyCitySocial! If there are any negative reviews on here from employees, it's because they simply or not doing their job properly... Easy service to sell and a much-needed service for any business that wants to grow exponentially!

This people will make you believe they are professionals but they are not. The kids they hire to post on Facebook or Instagram no better than the average 12 year old.

As a small business owner and savvy marketing professional, I had big hopes for this company. I was hoping they would strategically manage my account and take some of the social media load off my shoulders. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. I managed them. I managed my account. I managed their employees. I managed my budget. I even had to manage the monthly amount being charged as it was often incorrect. I requested monthly meetings, requested regular conf calls and in-person meetings to ensure my contract was being fulfilled. As a small business where every minute and dollar counts, you want to make sure you're spending money on items that will make you money, not cost you more. Do your homework before you hire this company. Check their references. Talk to past clients & current clients. Most of the reviews for this company are from employees, owners and family members. They're good sales guys. I fell for it and paid a hefty price. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are great! They have helped me with my social media and Google for over a year now and I have noticed a large improvement since they've started. I still handle some of the marketing myself when I am able to, but they do most of the work when I am busy and don't have the time. I would highly recommend MyCity Social.
