Mycroft repaired a neon sign that had gotten damaged during shipment. It was a good experience working with them. They estimated the charges and gave me two different options, depending on how much I wanted to spend. I chose the less-expensive option, and they repaired the sign for the agreed-upon price, and even finished a day early. I don't have many signage needs, but when/if I do, I would gladly come back here.
