About a year prior to my wedding day I put a deposit down for Myers Video Productions to film my wedding. After discussing the price with my fiance, we decided not to continue with the vendor and I called to let them know (6 months prior to wedding). When I spoke with Rose she was very rude and I requested to speak with Dan. He was kind but insisted it was still worth doing. At the end of the conversation I respected what my fiance and I decided and I had asked if I could have my deposit returned since I hadn't signed a contract if they were able to find someone to fill that day. Today, a few weeks prior to my wedding I checked in and before Rose even looked in her files to check the date (which I hadn't even told her yet) she said no one had booked. I asked her to make sure and she was so completely rude. Even if you can afford the cost of a videographer, and even though Dan was very kind, Rose is the reason I'd recommend finding someone else to book with. Horrible costumer service.
