The most horrific site I have had to ever deal with. My account manager took 4 months off, there was a major URL change without notifying customers. The manage got online and refused to look at customer service. I recommended the site to a friend but I wish I didn't. They then tried to charge me an extra $300 for work that was never done after my project manager took leave for 4 months. They have decided on a partial refund but this goes to the Victorian Ombudsman. You should be shamed.
