Such a bad company, they have a policy to switch off the phones which is applicable to only for the employees. Manager can receive his personal calls even if you are taking interviews. Just waste of time

I have been working at Nadsoft more than a year. It is really a great place to work and learn the latest technologies with the enhancement of our professional life. Beside this we get all sorts of resource to study and grow through different activities like briefing classes and many more. There are a lot of engagement activities where the winners are always awarded. We learn a lot from the company.
