Client Review on Namify, LLC

We've been customers with Namify for years and have never had a problem with them until now. Whenever we have a new hire, I order nametags for them. We ALWAYS use the same template, and only change the employee name. James helped me with my order. I told him we needed the exact same nametags that we always do; in fact, just copy the tags we did last month. They came with our employee's name, but no Title. I asked them to redo the tags, and was charged AGAIN for them. I tried to dispute it, but James informed me that it was my fault. He was very unprofessional on the phone, and his emails were written with little or no punctuation. It felt like I was dealing with a child. Very disappointed.
