Napa Valley Media is, by far, the best Audio-Visual company I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I handle event planning all over the country, and it is refreshing to see an AV team that truly cares about their product and services. I usually have problems with corporate big box AV companies that overcharge, assign unqualified techs and substandard equipment, and there are usually stressful technical problems during the events. I also want to leave a very special thank you to the Napa Valley Media on-site techs, Tyler and Ciairra. They mastered a very complex AV installation at the resort where we held our conference. The event involved multiple monitors, seven wireless mics, two live video conference calls with two-way communication (needed for the CEO's remote speech) and custom lighting for our set backdrops. Everything was impeccable, and several of our guests commented on the quality of the sound and the visual presentations. I will definitely use their services again. Great work and THANK YOU!
