In my opinion, one of the worst feelings in the world is the feeling of being ripped off. Nate's computer repair on Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls was recommended for some work I needed done to my laptop. I had taken it apart and tried to clean the keyboard which had had juice spilled on it but unfortunately turned out to be more than what I could handle so needed help. All I needed was a keyboard and for the laptop to be put back together and this is what I explained to the gentleman when I entered the shop. I saw a keyboards for sale for as low as $10 online so I didn't expect there to be much of a cost. I was contacted and told that for the replacement keyboard it would come out to $89. I asked if there would be a charge if I just picked the laptop up and I was told $40 for a diagnostic which makes no sense because I already knew what was wrong with it and communicated it to the staff so there was nothing to diagnose. I personally believe I was just scammed out of at least $40. The positive that I can state is that the new keyboard does work.
