I ordered printing for a client's project, and submitted finalized artwork to avoid an extra artwork fee. They charged the extra fee anyway, and the project went over the client's budget. The printed items were oversaturated with dark ink and were warped from being too wet. The company continued sending me advertisements in the mail, the print quality of the ads were grainy and dirty. I asked to be removed from their mailing and email list, and finally blocked them when they persisted. I lost one client from this bad deal, but have taken many, many more projects to this company's competition since then. Lesson learned.

I have worked with National Media on a handful of projects over the years and they always deliver i super high quality product and keep in good contact from the beginning to the end. Ive printed several Albums, Shirts, Banners, Stickers, and Hats with these guys and its always turned out great. Good communication is key and these folks do a wonderful job. Great prices and turn around times for small orders too!

I have used National Media Services since 2011. You cannot get this level of service anywhere else (that I know of). High quality work, competitive prices, wide range of services, and above all the customer service is outstanding. A real person answers the phone and will patiently assist you, answer all your stupid, redundant, panicky questions (okay, maybe that's just me), and make sure you are happy with the outcome. This is where I do business.

Where do I start? We have been using National Media Services for at least 8 years now if not longer and they have done at least as many project for us. They not only do remarkable work but more importantly, you deal with a real person and not an email or a machine. In fact, we have dealt with pretty much the same people there on all our projects. They are very personable and they truly care about your satisfaction with their work. We especially love the fact that they allow use to mix and match our numerous projects to create an order that gives us the best bulk price. You make find a cheaper price somewhere else, we don't know because we don't look anywhere else, but if you want to get the best work for the money, look no further than National Media Services. They never disappoint!!!!

I've had personal experience with National Media Services in 3 ways: as a recording artist, proudly wearing hats and polo shirts with our logo, and regular printing for our Stillwaters Supper and Songs event fliers. National Media duplicated my very first CD, and when I went back 4 years later, Susan remembered me! The hats and shirts with our logo are bright and have lasted wear and tear and washing well and we get compliments on them regularly; and the low price and high quality printing of business cards and posters simply can't be beat. Mark T. is a professional performing songwriter as well as a top notch customer service rep for this small company that serves in big ways. I can't say enough good things about National Media Services!

We had several options when choosing where to print our CD, but the quick, personalized responses from National Media made the decision easy. My emails were often answered in under an hour and I never had to wait on hold to talk to our sales rep. I was especially impressed when working on the layout with the design team. I wanted to make several last minute adjustments, and the graphic designer sent me updated layouts within minutes of talking to her on the phone. The service was excellent and I am very satisfied with the final product. We will definitely be return customers.
