Feedback:

I spoke with Abe back in October when we were having issues with ANOTHER terrible agency that provides poor customer service. He has us sign a change of agent form on October 30th, 2018 and TODAY I find out after he stated that Travelers doesn't allow a change unless it is within 60 days of policy renewal. I called Travelers and of course this was total BS and to add insult to injury he said "if you expect me to call back after an hour or two then you need someone else" - Well guess what Abe. You are 100% correct! I mean OMG how dare I expect a call back after I called at 930 am and when I called at 5ish. This is the completely absurd answer I get. Disgusted with someone that has this type of attitude.
