Greg Bauer provided excellent customer service during a difficult transition, in which I was forced to move my website from another provider to Navigator Multimedia. We had a personal meeting followed by about a dozen personal phone calls -- almost unheard of in this digital age. As an author and blogger, I had specific needs for my website. Greg (and the rest of his team, including his daughter Sarah) understood my concerns. They made several useful technical suggestions, as well as being unfailingly polite and cheerful. I will recommend this business to everyone I know.
