Client Review on NC DMV License Plate Agency

Wow!! I wish EVERY person that gets a job at a DMV office trains at this office. The first thing I immediately noticed when I walked in: Employees laughing with the customers. I was shocked. This was a first for me . The manager or owner requires the staff is friendly w the customers I was told by the nice Puerto Rican ( New YoRican) lady that took care of me. The owner/manager was next to her and she also established conversation with me . What a lovely pair of ladies!!! I’d give a 100!!! rating if I could. Another plus: less than 2 min wait. She even handed me two different screwdrivers to change my plate right then!!! The little things that make a difference in life and your job that could mean a lot to others!!! I’d recommend this DMV without hesitation!!! Great job ladies !
