I live in the US and saw a ring they designed. I inquired on the price and it was a bit high. For months they kept emailed me if I wanted to move ahead with my project. I had decided I wanted a pendant made that I designed myself. I had the loose stones for it. Kirsty gave me a price and then they set up a meeting for me since I was going to be in the UK in a few weeks. In order to meet with Chloe the designer we changed our plans and booking around to make the consultation. Then Chloe wrote and the price almost doubled. Also they informed me shipping the pendant to the US would not cost me an additional 75 pounds. I had gotten prices in the US and knew their price was much too high. Then she tried to talk me into 9ct instead of the 18k I requested. With their price , extra shipping charges and the fact they were not interested in listening to my needs, I decided to cancel our meeting. This required re booking all again. For a studio that kept writing to me to move forward, they made this experience quite the ordeal. They did not care about the inconvenience to me and they were very greedy in their pricing and very unprofessional.

I was recommended Harriet Kelsall Jewellery by a friend who could not speak more highly of them, and I must say that the experience I received during the process of getting my now fiancee's engagement ring went above and beyond my expectations. I did not want to just pick a ring from a shop window, so knowing that I could have my own unique design made was perfect. The process was so personal and despite me knowing nothing about jewellery prior to this, with all the encouragement and knowledge passed on to me I have not only have I come away with a beautiful ring that my fiancee and all of our family love, but also an experience was just as special for me. The team worked within my modest budget and to a very tight deadline to produce something so beautiful. Knowing that the gold and stones used came from fair trade and ethical sources also means a lot to me. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future for our wedding rings and other jewellery for special occasions.

Wonderful experience! The designers were very patient and allowed us to view a range of options, as we couldn't decide on a few specifics. Our ring had a lot of elements that meant something special to us and it is a perfect representation of what we wanted, delivered on time at a realistic price. My ring looks lovely and we would recommend Harriet Kelsall designers, particularly for a bespoke ring with a lot of meaning.
