You never get the 24/7 support you need. If you do get it, it will only be via text message/email. I’m not sure what kinda of locally owned family creative service refuses to call their clients by phone call when needed. Our company was also told at one point during doing business together that a portion of our monthly auto drafts would be used for ad services through Facebook...then towards the end of that year when Thomas was asked to show proof of ads/ad performance statistics it had surfaced that Thomas had been ‘banking’ our monthly payments into an account that N&H never used like agreed. No business ethics whatsoever & I would never ever, ever recommend anyone to use this company and waste all of the time & money our company did. When we signed up with him he had at least a handful of good employee’s & now he is down to only himself - I feel like as a business owner myself, that speaks volumes.
