UPDATE:So the company did a response that they are making it seem like this is OUR fault.Is that the kind of company you want to be in charge of creating a website for you that will likely support you financially in the long run?So let me clarify...We DID email them TWO times over issues the site was having, and did NOT receive a reply. I forwarded one of the emails to them recently, and they apologized. So when they say we didn't write them to let them know anything, that is a lie.When you receive a website it is up to the person to do their own SEO. That is what they say. Well, that is if your website is functioning as it should. H1, H2, and H3 tags are as a site is being created, these are header tags, and every single developer in this world knows how to use them and does, that is part of website design.Our website had 3 themes in the wordpress module, and there was an issue with how the website was set up.There was a javascript and css file problem which made the web page load 33% out of 100. And even worse for mobile presence.It also had an issue with a blocker, which we are told by another professional this is usually caused by a malware file, and you guessed it, on THEIR end.The website itself looked very nice, so yes we did say that in a review we were immediately encouraged to write. Like 2 days after the website was up, they wanted a review.Problems began after the website began to be crawled and advertised for, and as we have tried to work with their faulty website in wordpress.Because someone else created this, it isnt just something you can instantly see what the problem is. We have had 5 professionals look at our site from back end to front end, and have received the same comments.Neel Networks said in their email "well you paid $200 for a website what do you expect.." actually we paid $300, and if you are paying for someone that says they do this for a living, well common sense says it should be done right.It is a faulty design on the back end and nothing we could have done would have prevented it, as that was the web designer....aka, Neel Networks.Neel has offered to fix the website, they have admitted fault, and we have decided not to let them make the changes because we feel they really don't understand what the actual issues are, based on some of their "flip flop" comments and lack of response int he beginning, until voila, a review is made.They will not refund us. It is going to cost us $200 to scrap this one and start over. With this also being a theme issue, we aren't going to risk keeping this.Most of their top notch reviews are by other people in India. They leave out a few really important components that all websites are created with. They just regurgitate what you want on your pages. So if you don't know keyword terms, etc you will not rank well once the website is up.It sounds like you will get a complete website ready to throw on the web and get business right away.......no you won't.I have nothing against designers from other countries, but when we asked for support in an email, they didn't respond.They had their money and were now on to their next project.We've learned alot and it was costly. No crawling to our site, keyword issues, site issues on the back end with java, css, blocking and load time issues.....which really shouldn't happen with a professional design team as they claim to be, these failures equals to zero customers.Andrea PhillipsPosting publicly.
