This is by far the worst garage you can give your bike to. I gave my bike for full service and paid 650 for it. Turns out they did absolutely nothing to the bike other than cleaning it. No oil Change no filter cleaning nothing they just cleaned the outside of the bike. And I have prove of it and am taking the owner to court.

I'm going to state only the facts of my experience.If you will be a potential customer, i strongly urge you to read this:1. I was talked into changing my brake lines by the owner, Wafi. He stated that they are 150 each, front and back. When i received the bill, the price for both lines were almost 900. He stated that he couldn't get the EBC lines so took it into his own hands to purchase more expensive r&g ones without consulting me first. I called him on the phone and he told him we agreed to 300 a pair, so he states that he would charge me cost price, which was approx 100 dhs less. Still not what we agreed on. And the tone of his voice was he was doing me a favour. 2. The rear wheel bobbins were not installed, they had to do it once i arrived and i pointed it out. They just kept them in a bag in storage somewhere.3. I was assured by Wafi that once Gary (ex moto gp) suspension specialist would start working on my bike, i would be contacted to come in and watch and ask questions. In 3 weeks of having my bike, not once was i contacted, and when i initiated contact, i didn't receive a reply until the following day when i had to make contact a second time.3. I was very specific about the issue in the front end of my bike, so when i picked it up, the issue was still there. Hasnain then admitted that he didn't take it out for a test ride to check it. He just assumed the problem was fixed. 4. The rear brakes where not bled. I rode out from the alley way and went straight into the middle of the service rd. Yes the brakes are always soft when new, but these were non functioning with me standing full weight on the rear brake. Once again they were not checked. 5. When picking up the bike almost 1 month later, it had been wiped down with an oily rag. Once i pointed it out, they used the same oily rag to wipe it down again. Right in front of me. 6. The issue i had originally taken it in for was not resolved, so i left it there once again, being assured they would fix it within 24hrs. Days later i get a msg that it's ready. Once i walked into the garage i was ignored by the mechanics. I had to go find my bike and test it, only to find the same issue. Once i mentioned it to them, they said that they could not fix the issue because they didn't know what it was, even after claiming they had removed the whole font end. If they had actually done that, logic proves they should have found the issue.7. I spent over 3000 dhs in there and rode out with the same problem. I wish you the best of luck if you take your bike there.
