so weak and dirty, management charge double and triple for bills. gym and swimming pool always closed, the management and agents there always think how to make money from residents and tenants, dont ever think to go there

Poor management. Noisy and dirty environment. 1. Frequent water disruption due to piping maintenance (at least 4 times in past 6 months), several times of it only with EMERGENCY NOTICE in the elevator. (notice being put up in less than 12 hours or the morning itself. Water disruption starts at 10am. Expecting everyone to enter lift in the morning ?). 2. Safety in parking. Children are running around, playing football and basketball in car park. When this is being brought up to the management office, they refer us to the security guards, but security guards then say they have no power against this child as management does not want to corporate with them. At the end, children are still running around and playing in the car park and management just put up a notice board at car park saying “park at ur own risk”. 3. If your block u stay is near to the playground or facing the shop lots, then be prepared to hear the noise of kids playing till late night and motorbike revving intermittently throughout the day (there is a motorbike shop right in front).
