terrible place after 4 hours waiting to load they tell me they will not load me

Had an appt. at 2100, got in a door about midnight to be loaded. They finished loading my truck and got my paperwork at 0330. The person that worked behind the desk and the security guard have no customer service experience. They were very rude and do not need to be working in this profession. Also bring something to eat for your long stay.

I pulled in an hour before my appointment, had my safety vest on and my dr lic and my bills and appointment number ready. She filled out the paperwork, checked my seal, called receiving and they gave me door 12. Backed in, and took my paperwork to receiving and 20 minutes later I was heading for the gate. People were very professional.

Check in with security, back into the dry dock, turn in paperwork, get green light after 20 minutes. Get signed paperwork from receiver. Check out with security. One hour and 7 minutes. Start to finish. And they took me 1 hour ahead of my appointment time. Nice!!

Semi drivers picking up loads: Come in precooled at your appointment time. Set your reefer to -10, you won’t be loaded until it’s at 0 or below. Trailer interior needs to be clean, no blood or hand jacks. The yard isn’t that big, so there’s not a lot of room. There’s no “three spots to park” like another poster said. There is a truck stop a mile and a half away, so you’ll possibly be sent there, especially if you’re too early. Try to arrive an hour before your appointment.
