Your asking yourself why I am giving NetDriven two stars, and to be honest I am asking myself the same question. I contacted NetDriven with aspirations that they could assist us with growing our business. They created our site and had us up in about a month. Once our site went live our contact went dark. I was unable to get detailed Google Analytics and see where our visitors were going or doing. Then we find out that they are dropping at the tire checkout page. The fix was a $500 setup fee and $50 per month. I understand the setup fee, but it makes more sense to keep a customer. If the site is not converting and is not helping the client - you work to fix it. If your website client makes money - so do you.At this point I felt betrayed. Our volume at our business dropped to one customer a day. So, I disconnected NetDriven and the phone started to ring quickly. I lost a-lot of business due to NetDriven. Why? Customer could not get pricing at the end of looking at tires online. Frustrating right? It wastes everyones time.Then as I disconnected the site I received an email that stated we have a contract for (2) more years and I will be sent to collections. If NetDriven would like to reach out to me to resolve the issue, I will be happy to work with them. SAMT.
