I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I have had this service for 2 years and have nothing but GREAT things to say, I have there service at my trailer and love it. I would have it at home but my current provider can't be beat. I did have a issue a couple months ago and tech support took control and got me fixed up!! (my modem died) Thanks Ashley!!! I feel these people go above anyone else

Constant disconnections and no amount of calling them ever fixes the issue. Poor hours of availability. Somewhat good customer service, if not a little unhelpful. Download speeds are as advertised as well with rarely ever any slowdowns, however the constant disconnections really hurt it’s reliability.If you’re looking for a reliable ISP that has very little downtime I would look elsewhere.

Internet is constantly going down without notice for hours on end. Would highly recommend looking for a different more reliable service, especially if your dependent on your internet for things like submitting school projects or running a business. Currently having to write this review with my phones dafa as yet again our internet is down.

I’m gonna be real. This provider does anything but provide good internet. With the constant fixes needed, and the unstable connection you receive, it’s hard to accomplish much. After a wind storm fixes were needed, understandle right? Ya, well what’s not is waiting a full 5 days to have it fixed, and there was no reduction from out total bill or anything. I suggest you find a different provider no matter the circumstances. You’re welcome in advance.

We have been with Netflash for close to 10 years. They have gotten better over the years. But since they put up a tower near where we live its been quite good and no complaints.

Run, don't walk away from these clowns. Tech support is non-existent. They've wasted months, if not years of my time (we've been "with" them since 2014) - NEVER has anyone actually come out to fix the issues that are present. Dialup is faster than what we get on a daily basis. All they know how to do is give lame excuses that have nothing to do with the issues that are present. I've tethered to my iPhone more often than not, which means paying extra every month to get work done. I'd love to give negative stars if that was a possibility, but alas, Google is far too kind to crooks such as these yahoos. Stay away, stay FAARRRRRRRRR away!!!!!!

We've used Netflash for the past two years. The service was initially okay (not great by any stretch, but okay) but has been increasingly worse over time and has now been unusable for the past 2 weeks. I've contacted tech support several times and they just tell me there's nothing they can do.

Terrible internet, usually down for at least 2-3 days a month. Also really slow, may as well just get dial up it’s probably better and faster
