I have been trying to contact this company for over a year to transfer my domain name. They do not return calls, answer emails or website inquires. I would never, under any circumstances recommend this company for anything. They designed my website 18 years ago and I foolishly transferred my domain name to them at that time. They are now holding it hostage. I now am forced to take legal action. They have one star because it would not let me post this review without it. I wouldn't give them half a star.

I have been with them almost 15 years and just renewed for another year. The owner is completely ignoring me and I can't get something fixed on our website. He now tells his staff that they will fix it if we have them upgrade our website. Why would I want to pay you more money when you won't fix the issue on your end and refuse to call me. 15 years.. Go somewhere else.

I am in the middle of a bad experience with them. They designed my website years ago (when they actually answered the phone). For a month now I have been have problems with my website (that I pay them a good bit of money to host). It still is not working properly. They did not answer their phone yesterday so I left a message. They did not return my call. When I did speak to someone last Friday, he said the person that knew the code to get into their administrative side of my website was no longer with them?! My website still does not work properly and they aren't answering their phone. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I had the worst possible experience with this company. The week before Thanksgiving, I took my laptop to them for diagnosis and repair. They said my hard drive was defective. They offered to replace it with a newer version of hard drives that have no moving parts or less moving parts. During that first week, they called me often and kept me updated. I made the mistake of requesting that Windows 8 be uploaded onto the computer because that required them to order the recovery disks. If I had allowed them to put Windows 7 on it, I wouldn't be writing this review. At the end of week one, they informed me that the hard drive had been replaced and that the recovery disks should arrive in a couple of days. They would call me when the disks arrived. I heard nothing from them for several days. I assumed that they wouldn't be working during the holidays, so I didn't call them. I planned to pick up my computer on the Monday of week two. That Monday, I started calling. They didn't answer the phone all day. I called the next day. They said the disks hadn't arrived but I could use one of their loaners until my computer was finished. When I arrived to get the loaner, they said the disks would arrive in a couple of days. Meanwhile, the loaner was useless because it had no operating system. After calling all morning and no one answering the phone, I returned the loaner to their office. I spoke to an employee and asked him if the number I'd been calling was the number for the business or someone's personal cell phone. He said it was for the business and apologized for not answering the phone. He said the disks hadn't arrived yet, but I should have my computer no later than that Wednesday. By week three, I was still calling and no one was answering the phone. I went by the office and demanded my computer without Windows 8 on it. Then, I asked that they turn it on to show me that the computer had been repaired. They brought my computer out with the new hard drive still in the package. I should have taken my computer right then and there, but they said it would only take an hour and a half to put in the hard drive. I gave them until 4 p.m. to have my computer ready. After I left, I decided to call them to let them know I was coming back for my computer and taking it elsewhere to be repaired. I showed up at 4 p.m., and miracle of all miracles, the recovery disks had arrived in the mail. They began uploading them before I arrived, so the work was not finished when I got there. They told me it would take a few minutes for the software to upload. It ended up taking more than 2 hours. I cannot fathom why they would put me through that. I will never use their services again.
