I work for Netrix and primarily operate out of the 333 W Wacker Drive Chicago office. The Experience Center is an amazing resource that I regularly utilize to help prospects, clients and specifiers to quickly understand in a non-technical setting all of the ways technology can support businesses with their goals and initiatives. In my role, I have the privilege to work with the top Architects, Brokers and Designers in the U.S. assisting them in moving from a reactionary process for incorporating audio video, collaborative services and infrastructure into their workplace strategies and delivering a strong value add to their clients and projects.Besides the facilities, the biggest benefit is working with a strong, deep bench of subject matter experts, practice directors and support staff who make Netrix's end user business focused holistic approach to technology one of the most valuable and complete resources available to our commercial and business clients all over the United States. Every project does not always go smoothly, often we are brought late to the process or simply encounter an issue in deployment. But what i have noticed in my time here is that there is a real effort to establish expertise in those areas where the company has gaps and a willingness to work as a team to solve the issues that are bound to arise in any sizable project.No company is perfect, but Netrix understands the need to evolve beyond what it was and the vision to build a better solution focused company for their clientele. It makes working here a challenge, but one which can be rewarding despite the difficulties, I have come farther faster than at any other firm I have worked at in my career.
