I love the products and the team at Netsoft! I've never had a bad interaction with any of them, and they are always there to support us when we need anything. We use Order Manager and ShopKart for our awards business, and quite frankly, I don't know how we would be successful without it.

Long-time Netsoft client for both order manager and for shop cart. Tons of time and labor hours saved. They do a great job of adding features based on user requests. The software is so comprehensive for the industry it would take countless hours to create award shop specific software out cookie cutter software.

6 positive reviews almost all at the same time after I wrote this review...NetSoft is behind the times, it crashes every other time I print something (windows 10, new computers) you have to maintain the database constantly, than he'll try and sell you tech support to help you with his duck taped system. Not to mention you will get stuck on their platform because it won't integrate with anything (not even an API). They won't even give you ODBC access; granted you can export most of the basic information in CSV but it's still basic compared to what's out there.If you are looking for a great order management system try ShopVox or for a great website system try etradewind. I signed a 12 month agreement and counting down the days til it ends in October. It would cost me fulfilling the entire agreement in order to get out of it, which is $2,100 at this point plus another $500, which is outrageous, to pay more than the actual contract calls for. I should have asked questions, and been extremely cautious about the contract and company before signing up.In my professional opinion the owner of the company is jerk, maybe because I'm new? He probably can't stand the fact that I think his software is old fashioned. Anyway, award shop management software shoppers be aware, there are much better options out there.

I constantly am asked how I do the volumn of business with so little staff, well....NetSoft Studio is a strategic partner with our company. I have been using their Order Management software (BizWizard Order Manager) since 2004. After searching for the right CRM package for years I finally came across OM and was happy with the product at that time. What I am EXTREMELY happy about is how NetSoft Studio has worked with us over the past 10+ years to continue the development of the program to keep up with the times. In 2007 or so, NetSoft came out with ShopKart, a full online shopping cart program that I switched my company website too as well. Both products integrate beautifully. Also, the website has a database of over 10,000+ products from various vendors in our industry. Being a small business and having to manage a website can be a full time position that most trophy stores cannot afford. NetSoft Studio came up with the solution to maintain the updates, deletions and additions of products from various vendors in a master database that you can sync your website with allowing you to maintain a current website with current pricing and products. Then best of all, it syncs with our Order Management system.Both products together are a complete solution for your Customer orders and Online Website presence. I would highly recommend both products.

Order manager was revolutionary when we first started using it in 2004. We were still writing order by hand and invoicing in a DOS based program. Needless to say, looking up a previous order took a while, now it takes seconds. We are able to attach files to work orders electronically, it was a whole new world for us. The 2nd best feature to duplicating an order is the "Re-Order Reminder" emails that are auto-generated and sent out. We added ShopKart about 8 years ago and it has given our clients the flexibility to shop from their home at any hour of the day or night. Team Mom's upload rosters and our government agency accounts can pick and choose what they want from their desk. The beauty of ShopKart is all the photos, descriptions, broken case pricing is already included from many of our industry suppliers. We do some custom pieces, but to add a few items here and there is simple and makes our site that much more custom.Navigating each program is easy and the best part is, they work together. If someone places an order on ShopKart, a work order is automatically generated for us, no more "double duty" entering orders. Tech Support has been very helpful over the years. Well worth the investment. I can't imagine operating our business without either program. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't operate our business without either.

I have been working with Netsoft Studio for the past 7 years and I can't imagine running my business without David Matney and his software. Every so often I think back to how we did things before Order Manager and ShopKart came into our lives and I just laugh. We used to struggle to keep everything together and running smoothly, not anymore. If we have questions or problems with anything we get great customer service and technical support. I can't say enough good things about Netsoft Studio and its staff. We use them for our tech support, weekly updates and backups of our computers, Order Manager & ShopKart.If you are running an award shop and not using Netsoft Studio's Order Manger and ShopKart you really should ask yourself why? It was one of the best decisions we ever made to advance our business.

I have been using BizWiz for the past 10 years and I did a ton of research to find an automated order entry system that would work for my awards and engraving business that was easy to use and could grow with my business. This software has paid for itself 50 times over just in saved labor expenses alone. NetSoft Studios has always backed up their product and and help me out numerous times. This is a great product and a great company !

We have been using NetSoft Studio software for 13 years. My favorite feature is that he updates constantly for his customers. We cannot imagine running our company without Order Manager and the website. We have been in business for 47 years and have tried many before finding NetSoft. If Order Manager went went away, I would QUIT!!
