Over the last six years, Kern Schools Federal Credit Union (“Kern Schools”) has worked with Nettra to develop our online and digital marketing presence. Although we originally viewed Nettra as a marketing vendor, over time they have proven to be so valuable that we now actually consider them to be more of a growth partner. Kern Schools has always appreciated Nettra’s approach to positioning our Credit Union as the best banking option in the region. They never tried to force specific platforms or services on u and, instead, listened to our needs to develop a customized strategy based upon our data and established key performance indicators (KPIs). Over time Nettra has methodically scaled our strategy to where we now have one of the strongest online presence of any bank or credit union in our area. Nettra's work with us has even received national recognition by winning awards from Web Marketing Association and American Advertising Federation. Simply stated, we could not be happier with our decision to work with Nettra.

As one of the largest solar subcontractors in California, most of our business comes from established relationships across the United States so I've always considered marketing a low priority. Especially because our ideal target is very niche. Yet after talking with Nettra's team, their approach to growth was very unique so we hired them to define and target our ideal buyer personas, and the results have exceeded our expectations! After the first three months of the campaign, there was such a dramatic amount of potential business created that we asked Nettra to temporarily stop the campaign, allowing us to focus on our new potential clients. Since establishing this new way of creating clients, Nettra has continued to scale our growth in a very cost-efficient and predictable fashion. While I'm very pleased with their approach and protocols to scaling growth, I'm equally impressed with how nimble and flexible they are which indicates their dedication to our success.

We hired Nettra to create a website and manage our company's on-line image. We had no experience in digital marketing and needed an expert. Dave and his team met with us and immediately went to work understanding our business, our customers and helped us formulate goals as well as a marketing strategy. Before attending Fresno State's Small Business Development Center's workshop on Google & Facebook, my website barely had any traffic and it wasn't selling any of my products. Then, after learning how to create new clients on Google & Facebook and putting it into practice, I'm now receiving over 400 visits to my specific product pages and more importantly, I've sold over 50 products! I'm looking forward to attending their next workshop!

If I could give Nettra 10 stars, I would. We are a small nonprofit (The SNIP Team) and we hired Nettra to help redesign our website. WOW, did they ever nail exactly what we envisioned. They took time to hear what we wanted to accomplish and created a website far beyond our wildest dreams. The process was efficient and the staff was beyond knowledgable and quick with responses. Our first grant we applied for after launching the site was from a very well known, national rescue organization. The reviewer from this national organization actually contacted us and said the following: "Wow. I don’t know who designed this website, but I wish I could shake their hand! That first page is powerful. I think I did exactly what you hope people will do when they open the page for the first time – I thought “Oh how cute are these two (animals)” and then “Oh, oh man that is just too sad, 6 million of these babies..” You have some great information on that page. Simply stated, factual, and powerful without sounding like you are scolding people who aren’t in the know about spay and neuter. So kudos!" To have this type of recognition from a world renowned organization speaks volumes. This website will be worth its weight in gold. When we apply for grants, we are 100X more likely to receive them because of our professional and strong online presence. THANK YOU NETTRA for helping us to save animals in the Central San Joaquin Valley!!!
