I have used their services four times in total now. While they could not fix every one of the problems I had with my computer in those four visits with four different problems, they where calm and understanding about my concerns. the fourth time I brought my computer in and it turned out they couldn't do anything they didn't even charge me that time(extenuating circumstance, please don't expect it.) As this review is being written I am having them build a computer for me. They took the time to help me and show me my options leading me to decide to have a computer built rather then buy a new one was the cheaper AND better option.9/10 Will come back for a fifth time.
